What exactly is DialBunny?

DialBunny is a mini call center WordPress plugin that allows you to make and receive calls and texts right from your wordpress admin dashboard.

Yes, you will need a Twilio account in order to use DialBunny. Our documentation page walks you through how to connect your Twilio account to the plugin in the setup process.

Our plugin allows you to import any Twilio phone number giving you flexibility of adding any number you want.

This plugin is independant and accessed through the WordPress admin panel, and therefore won't be affected based on the theme you have on your WordPress site.

Each WordPress user can only use one phone number at a time, however users can release a phone number and re-request it later giving you the ability to easily bounce between phone numbers.

From the DialBunny dashboard users can simply click the 'release' button to release a phone number. They can easily re-request it at any point.

There are some restrictions with local, toll-free and mobile numbers based on the country you wish to obtain a phone number from. It is recommended to check with Twilio to see what types of numbers you can get from your desired country.
