As an Accountant at DialBunny, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities. You will work closely with our finance team to handle bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, and support our overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Provide support during internal and external audits
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
